Email us
Send your order number and reason for return to support@zitohomes.com within 30 days of delivery.

Receive authorisation
We will reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorisation number and shipping instructions.

Ship the item back
Repack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty.

Refund issued
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
— Damaged Goods
If your order arrives with transit damage, we will replace the affected components or issue a full refund at no cost to you — and we will arrange collection of the damaged item.
Photograph the damage before fully unpacking and email support@zitohomes.com within 48 hours. Include your order number and photos.
Missing hardware or components are handled separately — email us with the part code from your instruction booklet and we will ship a replacement within 2–3 business days.
