We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours, dimensions, and materials. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will accurately reflect the physical product. Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly.

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if we suspect fraudulent activity or if there is an error in pricing or product information. You will be notified promptly and any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Pre-Orders
Some products are listed as pre-order items. Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
All payments are processed securely by HitPay, our payment service provider. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods made available through HitPay.
All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
We do not store your full payment card details. All card data is handled by HitPay in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
If your payment is declined, your order will not be confirmed. Please check your payment details or contact your bank. We are not responsible for charges or fees imposed by your financial institution.
ZITOHOME ships worldwide. Delivery timeframes and shipping costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country of residence. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
